An intensive discipleship ministry for inner-city and urban teens and young adults, ages 12–25 — equipping and empowering a generation to walk in the life of God and to fulfill the assignment for their life.

Raising spiritually mature disciples.
Our mission is to raise spiritually mature disciples by building lives that reflect Christ — using each of our four pillars to create an experience modeled after Jesus’ discipleship.
The young people we serve face limited access to consistent discipleship, real identity challenges, and a shortage of lasting personal and spiritual transformation. LIGHT exists to change that — walking with each mentee until they can see themselves the way God sees them.

Joy Night
A recurring night for the youth — community, fun, worship, and warfare prayer. The open front door of the ministry.
Every Wednesday · Mentees
Virtual Cohort
A weekly online gathering where enrolled mentees walk through the curriculum together — God’s lens on salvation, holiness, identity, and everyday life.
Every 4th Saturday · Mentees
Day of Service & Day of Development
Work-field opportunities that build trade skills and interests, alongside kingdom principles and essential life skills for achieving victory in life.

Day of Transformation
A day devoted to building our knowledge of Christ and developing intimacy with God through deep prayer.

LIGHT Retreat
Three days of discipleship, fellowship, and breaking bread, inspired by Acts 2:41. The transformation event the ministry orbits around.

Mentee Enrollment
Families enroll mentees during the summer enrollment period — the doorway into the cohort, the Saturdays, and the Retreat.
