Plain-language summary: We collect very little, we don’t sell anything, and we take extra care with anything involving the students and families we serve.

1. Who we are

L.I.G.H.T. Ministry (Living in God’s Heavenly Truth) is a missionary ministry led by Dayjoh & Kayla King, InFaith Missionary Candidates, operating in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. We are supported through InFaith — The American Missionary Fellowship, a 501(c)(3) and ECFA-certified nonprofit at 145 John Robert Thomas Drive, Exton, PA 19341.

2. What we collect

Form submissions. When you contact us or sign up to volunteer, we collect the name, email, phone (if provided), and message you choose to send.
Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to ministry updates, we collect your name and email.
Anonymous analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (which pages, how long, broad geography). These tools do not identify you personally to us.
Donations. All giving is processed by InFaith through their giving platform. InFaith — not L.I.G.H.T. — receives and stores donor information. See InFaith’s privacy policy at infaith.org.

3. How we use it

To respond to your message.
To send the ministry updates you signed up for (you can unsubscribe in any email).
To improve the site based on aggregate analytics.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.

4. Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies for essential functions (logged-in editing, light/dark mode preference) and for anonymous analytics through Google Site Kit and Microsoft Clarity. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work the same.

5. Children’s privacy and youth safety

L.I.G.H.T. Ministry serves teenagers in Upper Darby. We take their safety seriously.

Students under 13 do not submit forms on this site. Where contact is needed, a parent or guardian initiates the conversation.
We do not publish student names, photos, or stories without an explicit signed media release from the student and — if a minor — their parent or guardian.
Where stories appear on this site or in our updates, first names only are used unless a fuller release has been granted.
All volunteers with direct student contact complete a background check and a child-safety orientation before serving.

If you believe a student’s likeness or information has been used here without proper release, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will remove it.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

See what information we have about you.
Correct it.
Delete it.
Unsubscribe from any communication.

Microsoft 365 — ministry email and document storage.
Google Workspace — Drive storage for ministry photos and documents.

Microsoft Clarity — anonymous heatmaps and session insights.
Hostinger — website hosting.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information in any material way, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
